- colour scheme taken from section logo (HMP overall logo)
- use of bold colours with texture + graphics (within header) to distinguish from newsletter
- orange used for HMP partnership as well as community work (orange = community)
- liquid layout (as newletter) but with left+right margin
- Favicon set up using HMP main logo symbol
